Disc:
Effective
January 1st, 2014, all images from sessions will be available via
direct download online! This is so beneficial for many different reasons! For
one, it is much faster. The images will be added into an online gallery with
option to download as soon as the processing is complete (there will still be a
2-4 week processing period). The print release will also be available via
download in your gallery in the form of a PDF file. For those who still
need/want a disc, however, there will be an option to purchase one for $8.00.
Contracts:
Contracts
will now be sent by email to each client upon booking your session. The
contract will be in the form of a PDF file and can be downloaded and printed out.
Clients should read over the contract, sign, and bring to their session. If you
are unable to print the contract that’s OK! I will bring a hard copy with me to
your session. The contract will still be sent through email, though, so that
you have time to read it before your session and you will not feel rushed to do
so during your session. I have also added an additional “What to expect at your
session” sheet with the contract as well. If you would like to read over the
contract prior to booking your session simply email me and ask for a copy! You
can go from there to decide if you would like to still book your session.
Deposits:
Starting
in 2014, deposits will be REQUIRED to hold your spot for any session. This is
unfortunately a necessary evil in not only the photography business, but many
other businesses as well! My policy remains that one reschedule can occur in
the case of an emergency/illness and you are not able to make your session
time. Deposits for mini-sessions are $15, deposits for full sessions are $25,
and can be made via credit/debit online, check, money order, or cash.
Print
Packages:
The
policy that I have remains, print packages are offered but you are NEVER
obligated to buy! Professional prints are a wonderful investment and the best
to ensure that your images are printed exactly as they appear. However, you
will have a print release with each session allowing you to print images
wherever you would like.
Something
new that I am doing in 2014 is to send you a gallery with your images and the
options for purchasing prints, if you choose to do so. If you have no intention
of purchasing prints through me, feel free to ignore the link for this gallery.
But for some who would like to order prints or are thinking about it, this is a
great way to check pricing and decide from there. Prints can be ordered
directly online. After each session is complete with processing time, 2 links
will be sent in your email letting you know that everything is complete, one
link titled “Download” that contains your images for download, and one link that
is titles “Print Packages” that contains a print gallery and prices.
Price
change effective March 1st, 2014
Both
mini-sessions and full sessions will increase beginning March 1st.
Any gift certificates purchased before March 1st will be held to the
lower rate ($50 for mini-sessions).
